Basic cooking skills are essential to #adultlife, but just because you’ve mastered the poached egg and al dente pasta doesn’t mean you have to stop there. Think about one of your favourite things to order when out, and make it your mission to recreate it at home. Sure, perfecting a new recipe takes some trial and error, but it’ll be the tastiest trial and error you’ll ever do.
