MBFWA Day 4: Dreamy with a hint of crazy

Hump day is here and the struggle to get out of bed was real! Thankfully We Are Kindred was running late and I made it there just in time. Their collection was absolutely beautiful! Each piece flowed with a casual luxury vibe, soft colours and an elegant ambience.
Next up was the swimwear collections. I was lucky enough to score a front row seat next to Steph Claire Smith, who I admit I had no idea who she was at the time. I had the Mirodoor social media girls sitting on the other side of the runway messaging me who she was. High waisted swimmer bottoms and crochet materials made regular appearances throughout. Aquablu ended epically with a gold full piece matched with a ruffled floor-length skirt!

After a quick lunch break at the Grounds of Alexandria at the Potting Shed, I was back in time for the C/MEO collective show. I came well prepared dressed in my last season C/MEO top! The runway was set out with seats arranged in three semi-circles along the middle of the runway, with models navigating between them. The show was super busy, however, at the last minute I was able to sit in a spare seat in the middle in the company of Sammy Robinson. Yes, she is just as beautiful in real life! The pieces were well structured and clean cut with the blend of black, white, burgundy, mustard and olive colours.

My Last show of the day was Yousef Akbar. It was not my personal style but my god it was fun to watch. The designs were crazy and out of the box with sequins, sparkles, feathers and pops of colour throughout.
First stop tomorrow, Iceberg's, Bondi!
