Every fashionista’s dream home is about to become a reality with the launch of London’s first fashion branded residence. A collaboration between luxury real estate developer DICO UK and Versace Home will see the ultimate collection of designer properties.
A subsidiary of DAMAC International Limited, DICO UK Property Holdings Ltd announced the first of its fashion residences in London with a 50 storey, 360 unit project. The lobby, amenities and interiors for each property will be designed and fitted out by Versace Home.
AYKON Nine Elms, as it is so called, is located in the heart of London’s Nine Elms regeneration area adjacent to Battersea, overlooking the River Thames. This will provide all properties with City and River views along the Thames to the Palace of Westminster and the London Eye.
The tower is the first private residence project of this scale in London to be fully designed and conceptualised by a luxury fashion house, as Versace will be fully involved in all aspects of the interior design.
Properties available will include premium penthouses, three/two/one-bedroom and Manhattan studio units. There will be a long list of amenities available: a state of the art gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and spa, an owners lounge, children’s play area, roof garden and cinema. All amenities will be designed by Versace Home.
The CEO of Versace, Gian Giacomo Ferraris, said “Versace is synonymous with fashion and luxury and its participation in the real estate business provides the opportunity to fully experience the Versace lifestyle. In recent years the private residential projects have become a strategic part of the Versace world.”
London is known for being one of the most sustainable real estate markets in the world and it is for this reason that people seem to continuously seek to move there.
“There is a huge appetite from our current global customer base for luxury property investments in London” said Chairman of DAMAC, Hussain Sajwani. “AYKON Nine Elms presents an unrivalled opportunity for them to access the stable and established London market.”
He continues to say, “AYKON Nine Elms, with Versace-branded living, is a truly unique concept and a fantastic addition to the residential market in this amazing cultural and vibrant city. It also presents prospective buyer with an unrivalled opportunity to own a luxurious central London home, in close proximity to the luxury shopping destinations of Knightsbridge and Mayfair, Chelsea and the planned Linear Park.”
Multiple internationally recognised architecture companies are currently working on the project. The AYKON Nine Elms tower aims to be completed in 2020.
